Lattice Fencing

Perimeter fences should be constructed in the most efficient way to provide security and at the same time to preserve or add beauty to the premises. There are a lot of fencing designs and options that a property owner can go for like cheap fencing. But when the elements of security, aesthetic landscaping, and formal style are part of the consideration, the best option is lattice fencing.

A number of benefits can be said why you should consider this type of fencing. The foremost benefit is the provision for privacy. This is a great option when you don’t have enough budget to construct concrete walls that would surround your property or when your neighborhood association doesn’t permit the building of said concrete fences.

Safety for your family is another benefit of lattice fencing most especially for the kids. Have you ever experienced finding your baby outside your yard already on the street who has managed to pass through the large gaps between typical neighborhood fences? With the finer or smaller spacing of this fencing style, you can be relieved from worries of your children’s safety when they are playing on the yard or when not attended to.

Finally, this style of fencing provides greater sense of security. Without a fence, every household may be prone to thieves and other criminal perpetrators. The small spacing or gaps of this style also prevents suspicious individuals from peeking on matters and things inside the house or property.

To achieve all the above mentioned benefits without sacrificing the design or style, the following lattice fencing styles and ideas are recommended.
The good neighbor style. Providing privacy and security but not totally seclusion from your neighbors is the main purpose why this lattice style has been developed. To simply describe, you or the property owner will build lattice panels only to a certain height, let’s say, only up to 5 feet thereby still allowing communication with your neighbors on a standing or eye level.

The partial lattice windows. This style involves the combination of two fencing methods, like your full privacy fence and lattice fencing. Lattice panels with your desired spacing either square, round, rectangle, octagon, etc, are installed on top of the full privacy or concrete fence to still allow you to have a peek or view of the outside.

The full lattice fence. When you want to maximize the aesthetic beauty that this fencing style can provide, better choose to have your entire perimeter installed with lattice panels. The beauty of this style can also be maximized when applied within the garden area colored with bright paints. It has been widely used as not only a fence but base or support or clinging or crawling vines and other plants.
